Camille Vasquez and Ben Chew’s Master Plan To WIN Johnny’s New Trial

Following Johnny Depp’s representation in the Amber Herd defamation trial, Camille Vazquez and Benjamin Chu will return to defend him in an onset assault lawsuit. They have revealed their master plan to win for a second time as a power trio. The new case is not as complex as it may seem, and they plan to replicate the same hard work and effort that they put into the previous trial.

Vasquez, who became a social media sensation among deaf fans during the Herd trial, recently told people about her legal team’s intense round-the-clock work, admitting they were running on fumes at times. They believe they plan to replicate the same hard work and effort that they put into the previous trial. They work with an amazing group of young lawyers who are excellent and strategic, coming into this case with different experiences and looking at evidence in a critical way.

The Brooks versus Depth case involves Greg Brooks, the location manager on one of Depp’s films City of lies, accused of punching him twice in the ribs after screaming at him on set on April 13th, 2017. Brooks filed a civil complaint in the Los Angeles Superior Court in July 2018, and the case will finally go to trial next month. The request for cameras in the LA courtroom has been denied thus far, in contrast to the live-streamed widely publicized attention paid to the six-week Depth versus Herd trial in Fairfax County Virginia.

Emma Danoff was present during the entire incident with Depp and Greg Brooks and has provided a sworn declaration on his behalf. The jury trial date for this jury trial is July 25th, 2022, and Camille will represent Johnny once more.

Johnny Depp has denied the onset assault claim and filed a response in August 2018 in which he claimed he feared for his safety during the alleged incident. Brooks sought monetary damages in his lawsuit but Depp denied owing him anything because he claims Brook’s unlawful and wrongful conduct provoked him. Depp’s lawyer said despite false media reports, he never touched the person suing him and will generally deny all claims in court and will fight these latest sham allegations.
