Judge KICKS Out Amber Heard For Cheating And LYING In Court

The ongoing legal battle between Johnny Depp and his ex-wife Amber Heard has seen a dramatic shift towards Depp’s side. A member of team Heard, a close friend of Amber, was recently thrown out of the courtroom during the 50 million dollar defamation trial. Barlow, who has been inseparable from Amber for several years, allegedly interfered with the legal proceedings by texting and tweeting from the front row of the courtroom.

She was also sent front and center with her legal team at the trial live tweeting, texting, and posting information.

Barlow’s interference was by bringing up a social media post made by Deuters claiming it was a recent post from the current trial. In a shocking turn of events, the post actually happened to be from 2021 during Depp’s prior trial against the Sun newspaper in London. Depp’s lawyers brought forth a motion to have Barlow permanently barred from the courtroom, which the judge approved.

Several fans still believe that Depp is the victim in the case, with some believing that both Depp and Amber were abusers. Some users have expressed their anger, while others believe that the whole Barlow situation was inconsequential because they believe both Depp and Amber were abusers.

The case between Barlow and Heard dates back to 2019 when Depp sued Overheard’s 2018 Washington Post op-ed, which she wrote about surviving domestic violence. In 2020, he lost the highly publicized UK libel lawsuit, and Herd testified to support those claims. In March 2021, the pirates of the Caribbean star attempted to overturn the decision but was quickly overruled. Depp is now suing Herd directly, making her obligations and requirements to participate in the proceedings different this time around.

The trial of Johnny Depp has officially started in Fairfax, Virginia, after several postponements since he filed the $50 million lawsuit in March 2019. Depp’s three-hour testimony revealed that he and his partner, Helen Heard, had arguments during their relationship but never reached the point of striking her. He also discussed the tumultuous relationship with his parents and the abuse he and his siblings experienced by their mother. Depp reminisced about their early relationship, which was intensely passionate and at times volatile but always bound by love. Helen Heard also admitted to still having love for Depp even after their recent past. New facts and developments have been brought forward during the trial, including the revelation made by Helen’s associate Eve Barlow. Despite the courtroom being kicked out, the case has left a major dent on Depp’s case, with fans supporting him and some ex-exes corroborating his story as a non-assaulter against Helen and her own witnesses.
