Eve Barlow, a 36-year-old Scottish journalist from Glasgow, has been seen hanging around court during the Amber Herd vs. Johnny Depp defamation trial. She has a history of working as a deputy editor with NME and has posted against Johnny performing in the UK while waiting for the jury’s decision.
Fans have shut her down, and while Johnny is performing for his fans, Amber has gone on vacation at a $1 million vacation home in desert land.
Barlow was caught tweeting in court during the trial and was sent out of court. However, she remains roaming around the court grounds even after leaving to wait for the jury’s decision. The jury is heavily guarded and protected against people and reporters who would like information or influence their answers. Film streak has found that the jury might have already reached a verdict, as they asked the judge about whether the defamatory statement was used as a title for the op-ed or part of the op-ed.
Barlow’s friend, Whitney, has not shown up in court in support of Amber, and most of her friends never showed up in court. The only person who came to testify for Amber was her sister Whitney, but she seemed to have been forced to spoon feed the story to the jury. Amber also had strange witnesses, including a psychologist who started spouting rubbish about Johnny without personally evaluating him. He kept interrupting him and answering rudely to Johnny’s attorney during cross-examination.
Barlow has been rumored to have mistreated her lawyers by shouting at them after trials instead of being thankful and appreciative of the fact that her lawyers decided to work her tough case for her. She has been seen smirking and laughing degradingly when Johnny’s witnesses were on the stand, arguing with Johnny’s lawyers during cross-examination, and even accusing all Johnny’s witnesses of committing perjury and lying in court just to be part of Johnny’s drama.
It is not surprising that Amber’s friend who was thrown out of court was seen trying to contact the jury, as they are heavily guarded and may have been carrying their own lunches and lunch boxes.
